Digital Rewards Card Terms and Conditions

General Conditions:

  • The Rewards card is non-transferable. Points Gained for your Purchases will automatically be applied to your Digital Rewards Card. Any for Refer a friend will be verified upon their first successful Paid Purchase.
  • Willis Emporium of Mystery LTD cannot be held responsible for Unauthorised use of the Rewards card or for Lost or stolen Vouchers once generated.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you change your name or contact details. These changes can be made via messaging us through social media, contact form on our webpage or via one the companies email customerqueries@willisempoirumofmysteryltd.co.uk.

 

Collecting Points

  • If you have collected points on a product that you return, your rewards card will be adjusted automatically and resent to you to reflect this.
  • Points are rewarded after any discounts have been deducted from your shopping, and are awarded only on the final amount you actually pay.
  • The rewards card scheme remains the property of Willis Emporium of Mystery Ltd at all times and we reserve the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of the operation of the scheme. If we decide to do so, we will seek to let you know in reasonable time by displaying notices on our social media and via our website.
  • Lost Digital Rewards cards will only be replaced once reward set. Any further instances of lost cards a new blank card will be issued in replace.

Further to the companies existing policies on our website this digital customer reward card scheme is included within them. Any personal information we gather from you for the purposes of the administration of the scheme will be held securely by us in the accordance with Data Protection law, and will not be passed on to any third party. We may seek to contact you by email to keep you informed of any significant changes to the scheme.
